The practice
Born in Mexico, formed in Milan. Between those two worlds lives the work — pop color and surrealism from a childhood steeped in magic and myth, tempered by the clean lines and restraint of a life in fashion and European design.
Each painting begins where the visible folds inward and becomes feeling. Oil and mixed media, made by hand in my Milan studio. One piece at a time, finished when there is nothing left to remove.
